The Grinch 1995 I did this drawing at work for a label affixed to some coffee we handed out to clients. My co-worker, who came up with the idea, called it "Grinch Grounds" and asked me to provide the drawing for it. Since there was no Internet in our office at the time, I had to pause my VHS tape of The Grinch TV special in a couple places for reference for the sketch. I later posted it on my own personal site every Christmas. In the past few years, I discovered through Google it's been downloaded and used by many others with no credit to me as the artist (including a Democrat blog and an MTV game site), and, to my delight, used and credited to me by fellow metro-Detroiter blogger Debbie Schlussel). So if you're wondering where that cool Grinch drawing came from, now you know. |
