Baba Yaga and Her Ox 1991 This micropoint is from an episode in a Baba Yaga tale. She has just been thwarted by a young child she was chasing when the child threw a magic kerchief down on the ground. It turned into a large lake that Baba Yaga couldn’t pass. So the witch forced her ox to drink enough of the lake to allow her to pass. Like the micropoint of Baba Yaga Flying, the colors in this painting were also applied by airbrush. |
