April 15, 2013Over the weekend I had a special "Paint Day" session for my wife's cousin's daughter and our niece. While they painted a still life, I painted them. August 23, 2011The Detroit Dr. Sketchy celebrated their 5 year anniversary with a great session at the Scarab Club with 8 models from the Dizzy Dames Burlesque Troupe! You can see a few of my drawings in my Dr. Sketchy section. May 10, 2011Can you feel the love? My good friend and brilliant artist Jim Anderson posted the fan art I submitted for his whimsical web comic, "Ellie on Planet X", and said a bunch of nice things about me. The least I could do is post that drawing on my gallery and give another link to his comic. Although granted, they probably promote me more than him. So after you check out my drawing, go to the beginning of his comic strip and read it all. It's great stuff! If you wish to exchange links with me, send me an email with your site's URL and I'll get back to you. January 7, 2010The revamped site is now online. It has all the art from my old site, plus a new category for paintings that aren't micropoints. Inside that category is a new acrylic painting I did for our dining room. A difference from the old site that I hope is an improvement is that I now have the drop down menu to the galleries in the left column on every page. Plus there's a new nifty favicon you should see next to the URL in your web address bar. |
